This is a beautiful, vintage Howard Miller battery-operated pendulum wall clock, Model No. 612-475. It features a classic octagon or "schoolhouse" design crafted from solid oak. It includes the original movement and paperwork.
IMPORTANT: Chime Functionality
The clock face and original paperwork confirm this was designed as a "Pendulum Strike Movement" clock that should chime on the hour.
The internal chime mechanism/chime box is currently missing.
The clock operates for timekeeping (keeps time with the pendulum) but DOES NOT chime or strike the hour.
A buyer would need to source and install a replacement chime component if they wish to restore the striking function.
