Hello everyone! Just an update here, as I have a ton of messages. While I was gone Mercari reopened my shop and would not close it. As I was in a different country, I was unable to sign in even using VPN and close the shop. For whatever reason, Mercari can't put your shop on hiatus for you because they're an incredibly flawed company who takes all of our money and doesn't do anything to help the site— so my shop opener while I was unable to do anything.
I will be back within the next couple of days to sort through all messages and ensure that nobody was charged for any items they did not get. Thank you all for being so patient and I am so sorry for any inconvenience that I have caused you!
